Chelsea vs Wolves

Chelsea have been in fantastic form and haven't conceded now at home except for in their opening fixture against Hull City and will be looking to continue that great form despite not having several key players for this round of fixtures. While there are several injuries being faced in the defence, Terry, Carvalho, Cole and Ivanovic will likely start in the backline which is pretty much the same lineup the started with in the 1-0 win against Manchester United. The midfield will expect to have a lot of changes with Lampard, Ballack and Deco out, so look at Essien, Mikel, Joe Cole, Malouda to start in that midfield. With Drogba most likely going to be out for these fixtures, he should have a straight swap with Kalou and will partner Anelka up front as Chelsea go in search of their 4th straight win on the trot and their 7 straight at home. Expect a very tight performance from Chelsea who will aim to be one of the teams that doesn't allow any away teams to score against them, which has been the success that they had built on during the Mourinho days. Wolves have been struggling in all departments but have managed a goal in 4 out of their last five games, and we are going against this form as Kevin Doyle always seems to pop out of nowhere when he is not expected to show up. This week Doyle is probably going to be rested after having a a rigorous work out last week where he was on the pitch for 210 minutes. Either team not to score, in all probability we are going to see a 2-0 or 3-0 Chelsea win.
