Chelsea are enjoying a fantastic season so far sitting 5 points clear at the top of the Premier League, already qualified for the next stage of Champions League & Quarter Finals of the Carling Cup firmly in the bag as well.

The basis of that fantastic start has been their amazing home form with 6 Premier League wins out of 6 & only one goal conceded so far with none conceded since the opening day of the season.

Overall in the Premier League Chelsea have won 10 of their first 12 games with their recent victory a hard fought & very important one against arch rivals Manchester United.

Chelsea have been hit with injuries in the last week or so with Ashley Cole, Jose Bosingwa & perhaps most importantly Frank Lampard all set to missing for a while but the Chelsea squad should still have more than enough strength in depth to cope.

Wolves are struggling through a clear lack of quality as many expected this season & the fact they sit 2nd bottom is proof of that but despite that they have displayed a commitment & determination to try to compete in every match.

Mick McCarthy knows his players don't have the quality to compete but they do have the desire & although they know they face an incredibly tough task in this game, they will show belief which is to be applauded.

Wolves have two major weaknesses in the fact they look fragile defensively & also they don't score enough goals and clearly that combination leaves them struggling to get positive results from matches.

Having faced Manchester United in their last home match, this is a very different test for Chelsea but nevertheless we still expect the same outcome & a comfortable, routine win for Chelsea should be the order of the day in this match.
