Liverpool vs Birmingham - Football - England - Premier League - Tip Preview

A perfect opportunity for Birmingham to make a surprise. Normally, Liverpool is a big favorite, but I do not think that everything will go easy and smoothly. Liverpool is in terrible crisisa and couch Rafa Benitez is on fire. It is unbelievable that Liverpool have only one victory in last eight matches. Here are the results:

However, poor form is not the only problem for Liverpool. Jamie Carragher and Philipp Degen are suspended, while Albert Riera, Glen Johnson and Martin Kelly are injured. But the biggest problem is captain Steven Gerrard's injury. He wont play tonight and without him Liverpool is quite different team. Torres will probably play, although he has major health problems with hernia. But it is clear that Torres is far from last year's form.

Finally something about Birmingham. They are in the good form, without loss in the last two games, and opponents were not naive. Played 0-0 against one of the title contenders, Manchester City and won 2-1 against Sunderland. This will certainly mean a lot of confidence for Birmingham players and I think that they are able to remain undefeated at Enfield tonight. And they know how to play against Liverpool at Enfield, as they remain undefeated in last three games:
