I like the job Lambert is doing at Norwich-not because he is scottish like me-but the way he has sorted that side out in no time and seems to have a confidence and that laid back attitude- as though he knows exactly what he wants from the players and that they will deliver.

I guess he did work under a super manager in Martin Oneill at Celtic and ofcourse took his coaching badges in Germany, where he also won that Champions League with Dortmond. Hes had the experience at Wycombe and although it was a nightmare at Livi in Scotland-that was a tough job to take on and one he may well have learned more from.

4 wins a row for Norwich its a perfect start for Lambert- playing some fine football and looking a good outside bet for the title.

Leeds are the favs for this division-with 8 wins and 3 draws from 11 games we have already seen why. They are not the most attacking side but they are very tough to break down-only 5 goals lost- with plenty of big physical players who know whats needed at this level.

It wont get any tougher for Norwich than playing here but i think this fixture comes at the right time and we will see a good performance. There is plenty of quality going forward and it is a nice pitch at Leeds which should suit them. Leeds have struggled slightly in front of their own fans this season and although the table tells us they are getting the results-its not been by playing super football. Norwich are the better footballing side.
