Carolina Panthers vs Indianapolis Colts

Hey everyone. This is another game where the spread seems a little iffy to me. Much like last nights game, both teams have very interesting things going on inside of their locker rooms and with player injuries. The Cowboys 95% of the motivation in this game, and I wanted to take them to cover this spread coming off of a loss. However, I just can't sem to click those buttons to make it happen. So I have to go with the O/U line here. The Cowboys lost last week and now are in danger of losing their home field advantage spot to the Packers if they are too lose another game and have the Packers win at the same time. This is horrible horrible news for the Cowboys and their fans. The Cowboys have a much better chance of beating the Packers in Dallas than they do of beating them in Green Bay...therefore, this game is of the upmost importance for the Cowboys to win. Carolina is clinging to a small small glimmer of hope of still reaching the playoffs...they would need to win their next 2 games, and get some help from some other teams. They have started a new QB now in Moore from Oregon State, and he led them to a very impressive victory last week against Seattle at home. The home form of the Panthers wasn't too great as they started 0-5 this year...however, they have recently won their last 2 and have a little momentum building in that regard. For the Cowboys, Tony Romo has hurt his hand, and he has rarely thrown a football this week in practice. I feel like the Cowboys will run the ball a lot more in this game, and that should make the clock tick fast here. The time will tick away before too many points can be scored I believe. The weather won't be an issue, as the game is in the southern part of the U.S. However, the two major factors here to me are the 2 quarterbacks that are playing for these two teams. Romo is injured for the Cowboys so they won't throw the ball as much as normal, and last week, Moore didn't even throw for over 210 yards. Roy Williams can't play for the Cowboys in this one, as he is suspended...that should help the Panthers passing game, however, I don't think it will because Moore isn't good enough to exploit that weakness. I just feel as though the UNDER in this game is where the value is...however, again, I have to go with a 6/10 here for the confidence level. I am confident in my research for this one, 9 of the 13 games by the Panthers have been UNDER 43 points...they have played 14, but one of them was exactly 43 points. A lot of the Cowboy games have been OVER that number, however, this isn't the same team taking the field with an injured Tony Romo. The best value here if it isn't in Dallas at -10.5...which, I just can't seem to take as I feel like Carolina has a little momentum, and that Carolina wouldn't mind hurting the Cowboys chances in the playoffs with a big victory here in front of a national television audience...the best value here is probably in the UNDER of 43...6/19 stake for me here. Good luck w/ your bet whatever you choose for this one!
